State Police have arrested a Wilmington man in connection to a burglary that occurred at a home in Hartly. According to the Delaware State Police Department, shortly after 6 a.m. Sunday, troopers were dispatched to a home in the 1200 block of Crystal Road, for a reported burglary in progress.
