Police: Couple detains Wilmington man who broke into Hartly home HARTLY, Del. - Police say that a suspect was arrested in connection with a home burglary that happened in Hartly, on Sunday morning. According to Delaware State Police, on Sunday at 6:05 a.m., troopers responded to a home in the 1200 block of Crystal Road, for a burglary in progress complaint.

Maryland state police say accident shut down southbound 1-95 ... onto the major highway. An ambulance took the 32-year-old woman to a hospital with grave injuries. The truck driver was uninjured.
