| Syracuse man fights police K9, officers after chase in stolen Ford minivan The passenger, Michael Kellam, 43, of 122 Dickerson St., Syracuse, was taken into custody at the intersection of Holland and Delaware streets, police said. Officers continued to chase the minivan until it came to a stop in the 100 block of Daisy Street. The driver then tried to run, the news release said.
