| Milford police make heroin arrest He was ordered held at the Sussex Correctional Institution, Georgetown, on a $1,000 secured bail. Milford polece were assisted by the Carlisle Fire Company, Delaware Department of Natural Resources Police Environmental Crimes Unit, and the Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit.
