| Police: Man impersonated a police officer to get a discounted cup of coffee Mark Stetter, 48, identified himself to the staff as a detective and demanded a discount at Starbucks in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue, police said. Stetter then went across the street to Spot Coffee and again displayed his fake badge to gain access to the coffee shop after it was closed for the day.
