| Police link car and driver to fatal hit-and-run crash ELLENDALE, Del. — Police in Delaware say they've identified the car and driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred more than 10 days ago. Delaware State Police said in a statement Friday that the incident occurred Nov. 16 in Ellendale, which is about 30 miles south of Dover.
